1991
NOVEMBER
Foundation of HLS Hafen Lager Service GmbH in Hamburg, a warehousing and transshipment company in the free port of Hamburg. -
1994
APRIL
Foundation of TCA Globe Freight Logistic GmbH, an air freight forwarding company at Stuttgart Airport for the independent handling of worldwide air freight shipments. -
1996
APRIL
Foundation of TCI International Logistics B.V. in Rotterdam as the first foreign office for the international development of TCI products. -
1997
APRIL
Foundation of TCS Transchem Services GmbH, an international pharmaceutical and chemical logistics company in Hamburg's free port. -
1999
SEPTEMBER
Move into the company's own new distribution center with over 10,000 m² of warehouse space and 34,000 m² of outdoor space in Hamburg's free port. -
2000
SEPTEMBER
Completion of the office complex with 2,100 m² of office space. Total investment in the logistics and administration center: 10 million euros. -
2002
MARCH
Foundation of TCI International Logistics (America) GmbH for the development of the American market.
MAY
Foundation of TCI International Logistics GmbH Dortmund as a full service provider. Foundation of TCI International Logistics de Mexico S.A. de C.V. for the professional support of the South and Latin American market. -
2006
NOVEMBER
Foundation of TLS International Logistic GmbH as a highly specialized company for full container transports to and from the Far East. -
2008
SEPTEMBER
Spin-off of the operating division, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2008, from TCI Transcontainer International GmbH, Hamburg, to TCI International Logistics GmbH. Foundation of TCI Transcontainer International Holding GmbH, Hamburg, as a financial holding company. -
2012
JANUARY
With the renaming of TCA Globe Freight Logistic GmbH to TCI International Airfreight GmbH, we have concentrated all airfreight activities in the TCI Group at the Frankfurt location.
JULY
Opening of the TCI International Logistics GmbH Bayreuth sales office. -
2013
SEPTEMBER
Die HLS Hafen Lager Service GmbH bietet seit dem 01.12.2013 auch industrielle Verpackungen an. Dazu stehen Schwerlastkopfkräne mit einer Tragfähigkeit von insgesamt bis zu 40 Tonnen zur Verfügung.
OCTOBER
TCI International Logistics GmbH opened an international logistics company in Biberach an der Riß. -
2014
APRIL
Together with all employees, the TCI Group celebrates its successful 25th anniversary.
SEPTEMBER
Merger of TLS International Logistics GmbH and TCI International Airfreight Logistics GmbH and with TCI International Logistics GmbH Hamburg.
OCTOBER
Foundation of TCI International Logistics France SAS to support activities in France. -
2015
AUGUST

2017
APRIL
Opening of TCI branches in China and Hong Kong with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Xiamen.

Opening of a new branch of TCI International Logistics GmbH in Leipzig. -
2018
AUGUST
Merger of the companies HLS Hafen Lager Service GmbH and TCS Transchem Services GmbH to form HLS Port Logistics Services GmbH. -
